 Cocktails:

         
   Manhattan:                      -     60 ml Bourbone
-          20 ml red vermouth
-          Angostura bitter drops
     Method : - stear and straine
     Glass: - cocktail
     Garnish: - cherry

           
   Sex on the beach              -     40 ml votca(as content)
-          20 ml of peach tree (Schnapps)
-          60 ml pineapple juice
-          60 ml raspbenny juice (cherry juice)
     Method : - mix
     Glass: - collin’s
     Garnish: - pineapple and cherry


                                             
            
Long island ice tea 
  - 15 ml of votca, rum, gin, triple drily
- 60 ml of sweet and sour
   

     Method : - mix
     Glass: - collin’s
     Garnish: - lemmon



          


Classic Martini:     -      10 ml of vermouth dug (on ice)  
                                -            80 ml gin

     Method : - stear
     Glass: - cocktail
     Garnish: - olive or lemmon

            
  Caipirinia:                -     40 ml cachaca
-          Half of lime(cut in four)
-          3 teaspoons of  brown sugar
-          60 ml raspbenny juice (cherry juice)
Method : - mudlling and stear
Glass: - Collins
         

  Mai Tai:                   
-   40 ml rum
-      20 ml triple drily
-      60 ml sweet and sour (a lot, to replace the juices)
-          4 ml grenadine sirup
-          4 ml almond sirup

     Method : - build
     Glass: - collins
     Garnish: - pineapple and cherry


Long drinks(1 part alcohol and 2 parts juice)



Orange votca:
-          40 ml votca
-          120 ml or 80 ml orange juice

Tonic gin:                        
-          40 ml gin
-          120 ml tonic water

     Garnish: - lime squized and lime glaze

       

 Margarita:                   
- 40 ml tequila
-          20 ml triple drily
-         40 ml sweet and sour
-          3 pieces of squize lime
   

     Method: - shake and strain
     Glass:  - Cocktail
     Garnish: - Glazed glass with sugar and lime


           

  Daiquiri:                              
-          40 ml rum
-          40 ml sweet and sour
-          3 lime squeezed 
-          15 ml liquid sugar
       

              Method: - shake and strain
              Glass: - cocktail
              Garnish: - glazed glass with sugar and lime


            
 Lynch-burg lemonade :
-          30 ml Jack Daniels
-          15 ml triple drily
-          60 ml sweet and sour
-          On top sprite
Method – mix

Garnish – lime


Pinna-Colada:                    
-          40 ml rum
-          30 ml pinna colada mix
-          60 ml pineapple juice

-          3  squizzed lime

-          currant votca (cranberry)
-          same as Cosmopolitan
