Bartending


The bar and the bartender are in a direct relationship.

The bartender is  the psihologyst, the favorite actor, an idol, the best friend, wich embodies all the client needs.
             
            The bartender knowledge about drinks and their preparation wich he’s serving must be extensive.
            The bartender’s work preparation must be always the same despite the quantity of work in the day in question.
            The bartenders swiftness comes with training and the accumulated experience, wich will be compensated by the client. The bartender will work faster, will sell more and it will more efficient.
             
             
            The bar design: You can’t find two similar bars like: form, style, equipment, glasses and different products. These will vary based on: the required space, the image required by the owner, and first of all by the budget available, nevertheless the bars have many things in common.
            The front-bar is the side of the bar with wich are familiar the clients. Here the drinks are prepared and served.( stand…etc)


The preparation of drinks (station bar) : to prepare a drink we need :
-         the ice vat ( inox dish)
-         speedrail ( here are found the house drinks, like votka, rum, gin, tequila, wich serves as ingredients for the drink preparation by the bartender)
-         sink for washing hands and utensils
-         sink for washing glasses in three steps:
 1. One H2O brush set
 2. the first rinsing

 3. the final rinsing with disinfectant solution (after washing the glasses they are turned upside down)

              The dry glasses are never mopped. By mopping them appears the risk of bacterian infection
